Boscotek Mobile Tool Cart Stations combine tool storage, small-parts organisation and a durable work surface in one highly functional mobile workstation. Designed to move with changing workshop requirements, the system keeps frequently used tools, components, documents and equipment organised and close to the job.

400kg Total Load Capacity

Built for demanding workshop environments, the Mobile Tool Cart Station has a total load capacity of 400kg. Two swivel brake castors and two fixed non-marking polyurethane castors provide a stable, manoeuvrable platform that can be repositioned as workflow requirements change.

Durable Work Surface

Choose from multiple worktop options to suit your application. The standard laminated worktop uses 42mm grey laminated compressed HDF timber, providing a strong general-purpose surface resistant to most acids and oils.

Alternative worktops include a 40mm solid oak hardwood top and a 1.2mm 2B/304 stainless steel surface over 42mm compressed timber with a wet-edge lip to help contain liquids and rolling items.

Integrated Access Compartment

A 120mm high, full-width access compartment beneath the worktop provides quick access to frequently used tools, components and documents. A rubber mat and front and rear retaining lips help prevent stored items from moving or rolling away.

High-Density Drawer Storage

Optional 5-drawer storage units provide organised storage for hand tools, components and small parts. Each drawer operates on ball-bearing slide runners and is rated to 45kg UDL.

The drawer configuration includes three 75mm drawers, one 100mm drawer and one 150mm drawer. The top drawer includes a plastic bin set, while internal dividers and partitions provide flexible compartmentalised storage.

Secure Tool Storage

Drawer units feature anodised aluminium handles with label holders and a key-locking system. Optional thumb-trigger latches help prevent drawers from opening while the cart is being moved.

Lockable Cupboard Storage

For larger tools and equipment, a full-depth lockable cupboard can be incorporated into the workstation. The cupboard includes an adjustable shelf creating two storage levels and provides a 60kg load capacity.

Tool Boards & Lock & Twist Accessories

Optional tool boards provide organised above-bench storage for frequently used hand tools and equipment. Boscotek's Lock & Twist system supports a 44-piece range of hooks, hangers and holders that can be easily repositioned as workstation requirements change.

Individual Lock & Twist hooks are rated to 5kg per hook.

Louvre Panel Storage

Louvre panels provide convenient storage for small parts and hardware using compatible industry-standard plastic storage bins. Louvre panels and tool boards can be combined to create a flexible storage system tailored to the application.

Adjustable Tray Shelf

An optional full-length adjustable tray shelf provides additional above-bench storage for smaller tools, components and equipment. The shelf is rated to 25kg and incorporates a rear support and raised front lip to help retain stored items.

Configurable Storage

Configure the Mobile Tool Cart Station with 5-drawer units, lockable cupboards or combinations of both. Above-bench options can add tool boards, louvre panels and an adjustable tray shelf, creating a workstation suited to maintenance, assembly, manufacturing and general workshop applications.

Designed for Changing Workflows

Unlike a fixed workstation, the Boscotek Mobile Tool Cart Station can be repositioned as jobs and workflow requirements change, bringing tools, parts, storage and a practical working surface directly to where they are needed.
