Product Details
Heavy Duty. Highly Configurable. Built for Industry.
Boscotek Heavy Duty Workbenches provide a strong, versatile and highly configurable workspace for demanding industrial, manufacturing and workshop environments. Combining a heavy-duty tubular steel frame with an extensive range of benchtops, storage and above-bench accessories, the system can be configured around your tools, equipment and workflow.
1 Tonne Load Capacity
Engineered for demanding industrial applications, the Heavy Duty Workbench has a 1 tonne static distributed load capacity when fitted without castors. Its tubular steel frame, substantial benchtop and heavy-duty levelling feet combine to create a stable work platform for professional applications.
Heavy-Duty Tubular Steel Frame
The welded frame assembly is manufactured from tubular steel for strength and rigidity. A tubular rear brace provides additional lateral support, while heavy-duty levelling feet help maintain a stable and level working surface.
Choice of Benchtops
Configure the work surface to suit your application with a choice of laminated timber, solid oak hardwood, 2mm mild steel over laminated timber, 3mm mild steel, stainless steel or galvanised steel benchtops.
The standard laminated timber option provides a durable general-purpose work surface, while steel and stainless steel options are available for more specialised industrial environments. The 3mm mild steel top is particularly suited to welding applications.
Three Workbench Sizes
Heavy Duty Workbenches are available in 1500mm, 1800mm and 2100mm widths. Each standard workbench is 900mm high and 750mm deep, providing a substantial working area while allowing the bench to be configured around available workshop space.
Heavy-Duty Levelling Feet
Heavy-duty levelling feet are supplied as standard, featuring an 80mm footprint and dense rubber base for stability. The feet provide up to 22mm additional height adjustment and can be bolted to the floor where required.
Mobile Workbench Option
Optional heavy-duty non-marking polyurethane castors allow the workbench to be moved as workflow requirements change. The castors feature swivel and brake functionality and increase the workbench height by approximately 75mm.
Important: fitting castors reduces the workbench's load capacity. The 1 tonne static distributed load rating applies to workbenches fitted with levelling feet and without castors.
Underbench Storage
Configure the area beneath the workbench with a wide range of storage options, including 1, 2, 3 and 5 drawer units, cupboards, mobile 5 drawer cabinets, mobile cupboards and undershelves.
Drawer units can be positioned along the width of the workbench to suit the required layout. Drawers feature ball-bearing runners and are rated to 40kg per drawer, with steel dividers and partitions included.
Above-Bench Storage
Transform the workbench into a complete workstation with configurable above-bench storage including adjustable tray shelves, fixed shelves, inclined shelves, pegboard panels and louvre panels.
Vertical mounting posts support multiple configurations, allowing frequently used tools, components and equipment to be positioned within easy reach of the operator.
Pegboards and Tool Storage
Pegboard panels can be fitted with Boscotek's Lock & Twist tool hanging accessories, providing flexible storage for hand tools and equipment. Hooks, holders and hangers can be repositioned as requirements change, making it easy to organise the workstation around individual tasks.
Louvre Panel Storage
Louvre panels accommodate compatible industrial storage bins, providing convenient storage for small parts, fasteners and components. Pegboards and louvre panels can also be combined within the same workstation configuration.
Flexible Shelving
Choose from adjustable tray shelves, fixed shelves and adjustable inclined shelves. The inclined shelf can be positioned at 0°, 15° or 30° to improve visibility and access to stored parts and components.
More Than 1,000 Configurations
Combine your choice of workbench width, benchtop, underbench storage, above-bench storage and mobility options to create a workstation specifically suited to your application. With more than 1,000 possible combinations, the Boscotek Heavy Duty Workbench can be configured for manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, engineering and general workshop environments.
Australian Made
Boscotek Heavy Duty Workbenches are manufactured for professional industrial environments where strength, storage capacity, organisation and flexibility are essential.
