Boscotek VTS Wall Mounted Panels provide a flexible and modular approach to industrial tool and parts storage, transforming unused wall space into an organised, highly visible storage system.

Designed for workshops, factories, manufacturing facilities, maintenance areas and garages, the Visual Tool Storage system keeps frequently used tools and components visible, accessible and off the work surface.

Visual Tool Storage

The VTS system is designed around a simple principle: tools are easier to manage when they are visible and have a clearly defined storage location.

Wall-mounted storage can reduce unnecessary movement and time spent locating equipment while making it easier to identify tools that are in use, missing or require replacement.

Supports 5S Workplace Organisation

Boscotek VTS is ideally suited to workplaces implementing 5S and visual management principles.

By providing organised and clearly visible storage locations for tools and components, the system can help create cleaner, more efficient and easier-to-manage production and maintenance environments.

Heavy-Duty 1.2mm Zincseal Steel Panels

Both perforated and louvred panels are manufactured from 1.2mm Zincseal steel and finished with a durable powder-coated surface for demanding workshop and industrial environments.

Perforated Tool Panels

Boscotek perforated panels are designed for use with the VTS Twist & Lock Tool Hook system.

The large perforated surface provides extensive mounting positions for hooks, holders and hangers, allowing tools to be arranged around the operator and individual work process.

The perforation pattern also allows hooks to be positioned across adjoining or vertically stacked panels without sacrificing usable storage area.

Louvred Parts Storage Panels

Louvred panels provide wall-mounted storage for compatible industry-standard plastic storage bins, making them ideal for organising fasteners, components, consumables and other small parts.

Perforated and louvred panels can be combined within the same VTS installation, providing organised storage for both tools and components.

Modular Panel Sizes

VTS panels are available in two standard widths:

• 714mm
• 1018mm

Two standard panel heights are available:

• 304mm
• 608mm

These modular sizes allow individual panels to be combined horizontally and vertically to create storage systems ranging from compact workstation installations through to large workshop walls.

Four Mounting Post Heights

Slimline mounting posts provide a clean and strong connection between the VTS panels and the supporting wall.

Mounting posts are available in four heights:

• 304mm
• 608mm
• 912mm
• 1216mm

The slimline design minimises overall system depth while maintaining a clean, flush appearance.

Expandable Without Wasting Storage Space

The modular design allows multiple panels to be joined together to create larger tool-storage installations. Panels can be stacked and extended as storage requirements increase, with no practical limit to the number of panels that can be combined.

This allows the same VTS system to be used for a small workstation or expanded across larger manufacturing, maintenance and production areas.

Twist & Lock Tool Hook Compatible

Perforated panels are compatible with Boscotek's Twist & Lock Tool Hook system, providing a broad selection of hooks, hangers and specialised tool holders.

The Twist & Lock mechanism allows accessories to be secured to the panel and easily repositioned when the tool layout or workplace requirements change.

Compatible with Plastic Storage Bins

Louvred panels accommodate compatible standard plastic storage bins, providing convenient and highly visible storage for small components and consumables.

Plastic bins are not supplied with the panels.

Standard and Custom Configurations

Boscotek offers a broad selection of standard VTS configurations combining perforated panels, louvred panels and mounting posts.

Standard assembled configurations are available across multiple widths and heights, while additional panels can be combined to create larger installations tailored to individual workplace requirements.

Flat Packed for Efficient Transport

VTS Wall Mounted Panel systems are supplied flat packed unless otherwise requested, making the components easier to transport, handle and disassemble.

Wall fixing screws and dowels are not supplied.
