Boscotek High Density Storage Cabinets are engineered to maximise usable storage capacity while reducing the amount of valuable floor space required for tools, components, parts and equipment.

Designed for demanding industrial, manufacturing, maintenance and workshop environments, the modular cabinet system combines heavy-duty construction with configurable drawers, high load capacities and comprehensive internal organisation options.

High Density Industrial Storage

Unlike conventional shelving or standard tool cabinets, Boscotek High Density Storage Cabinets use the full depth and height of the available storage space. Multiple drawer heights and cabinet configurations allow storage to be tailored around the equipment and components being stored.

Heavy-Duty Drawer System

Boscotek HD Cabinets are available with standard and full extension drawer systems. Standard extension drawers provide approximately 93% drawer extension and are rated to 100kg UDL.

For applications requiring greater capacity and complete drawer access, the Boscotek full extension runner system allows the drawer to extend 100% outside the cabinet and provides load capacities of 150kg to 200kg UDL, depending on the drawer and cabinet configuration.

100% Drawer Access

The full extension system provides complete access to the entire drawer, including components stored at the rear. This improves accessibility and allows operators to organise and retrieve parts without interference from the drawer above.

Integrated Anti-Tilt Safety

Safety is built into the Boscotek High Density Storage system. The patented anti-tilt mechanism helps prevent multiple loaded drawers from being opened simultaneously, reducing the risk of cabinet instability during use.

Five Drawer Heights

High Density drawers are available in five standard front heights:

• 75mm
• 100mm
• 150mm
• 225mm
• 300mm

Drawer combinations can be configured to suit the usable internal height of the selected cabinet, allowing the storage system to be tailored around small components, tools, equipment and larger industrial parts.

Two Cabinet Depths

Boscotek High Density Storage Cabinets are available in two depth series:

• S Series: 605mm standard depth
• D Series: 755mm deep depth

This provides additional flexibility when designing storage systems around available floor space, component sizes and required storage capacity.

Configurable Internal Organisation

A comprehensive range of drawer accessories allows each cabinet to be configured around the items being stored. Options include partitions, dividers, plastic bins, removable trays, tool supports, groove trays and foam inserts.

This modular approach makes it possible to create dedicated storage locations for everything from small fasteners and components through to precision tools and larger equipment.

Secure Industrial Storage

Integrated cabinet locking provides secure storage for valuable tools, components and equipment, making HD Cabinets suitable for shared workshops, manufacturing facilities, maintenance departments and controlled production environments.

Flexible Installation

Levelling feet are supplied as standard on applicable cabinet configurations, with castor and forklift base options available for selected models. This allows HD Cabinets to be configured as fixed workshop storage or as part of a more flexible production environment.
