The Boscotek HiLo Workbench is a heavy-duty motorised height-adjustable workstation designed to improve ergonomics, flexibility and operator comfort in industrial, technical and workshop environments.
With smooth powered height adjustment, the HiLo Bench can be used as either a seated or standing workstation, or set anywhere in between to suit the operator and application.
Motorised Height Adjustment
The HiLo Workbench uses reliable lifting columns with concealed motor systems to provide quick, smooth and quiet height adjustment. Dual-column actuators operate together as a synchronised lifting system, creating a stable and controlled work surface throughout the adjustment range.
Two Heavy-Duty Models
The HiLo range is available in two primary configurations:
- DL6 Model: 240kg UDL lifting capacity
- DL2 Model: 300kg UDL lifting capacity
Additional load capacities may also be available for specialised applications.
Designed for Sitting or Standing
The variable-height design allows operators to move between seated and standing working positions throughout the day. This makes the HiLo Workbench particularly suitable for assembly, inspection, technical work, electronics, maintenance and other tasks where ergonomic working height is important.
DL2 Height Range
The DL2 model provides a working height range of approximately 730mm to 1230mm, including the laminated timber worktop.
Its robust welded steel under-bench frame and 300kg UDL capacity make it well suited to demanding industrial applications.
DL6 Height Range
The DL6 model provides a broader adjustment range from approximately 610mm to 1260mm, including the laminated timber worktop.
The DL6 uses Boscotek's under-bench Kick & Click frame system and provides a 240kg UDL load capacity.
Three Standard Widths
Both models are available in three standard workbench widths:
- 1500mm
- 1800mm
- 2100mm
All standard HiLo configurations use a 750mm deep work surface.
Choice of Worktops
Configure the HiLo Workbench with a work surface suited to your application.
- Laminated Timber: 35mm grey laminated compressed timber with black edge banding, resistant to acid, alkali and oil.
- Stainless Steel: 1.2mm 2B/304 stainless steel over 35mm compressed timber.
- Mild Steel: 2mm mild steel top powder coated matt black over 35mm laminated compressed timber.
Customisable Workstation
The HiLo Workbench can be configured with additional Boscotek workstation accessories, including tool hanging storage, electrical outlets, monitor arms and other workspace options.
This allows the bench to be tailored around specific production, technical and operator requirements rather than functioning as a simple height-adjustable table.
