Boscotek Linefeed Trolleys provide flexible mobile storage for small parts and components in production, assembly and manufacturing environments. Designed to position frequently used materials closer to the point of use, the system helps create an organised workspace while allowing storage configurations to change with production requirements.

Heavy-Duty 3mm Steel Construction

Each Linefeed Trolley features a fully welded 3mm mild-steel construction, providing the structural stability required for demanding industrial environments.

Up to 800kg Load Capacity

Heavy-duty castors provide reliable mobility while supporting substantial loads. The 670mm wide Single Linefeed Trolley is rated to a combined load capacity of 400kg, while the 1320mm wide Tandem Linefeed Trolley provides a combined load capacity of 800kg.

Mobile Point-of-Use Storage

Designed around modern production and assembly workflows, the Linefeed Trolley allows parts, components and consumables to be positioned where they are needed. The mobile design makes it easy to reposition storage as production layouts, jobs and workflow requirements change.

Configurable Storage System

The modular design allows each trolley to be configured using a combination of louvre panels and trays, creating a storage system suited to the components and materials required for individual applications.

Louvre Panel Storage

Louvre panels are supplied as standard and provide convenient hanging storage for compatible plastic bins and containers. This makes frequently used small parts and components easy to identify, access and replenish.

Flexible Tray Positioning

Tray mounting positions are provided at 25mm increments, allowing the trolley layout to be adjusted around different component sizes and production requirements. Various tray sizes are available on request.

Single and Tandem Configurations

The Linefeed Trolley is available in two standard configurations. The compact 670mm wide Single Linefeed Trolley provides mobile storage where floor space is limited, while the larger 1320mm wide Tandem Linefeed Trolley provides increased storage capacity for higher-volume applications.

Integrates with Boscotek Workstations

Linefeed Trolleys can be integrated with Boscotek workbenches and High Density Cabinets to create a complete workplace storage system. This allows tools, components and production materials to be organised around the operator and individual manufacturing process.
